Once again im in need of your help. im still on the search for my 1st Vette so heres this canidate. its a red on saddle 1985 with 119,053 miles on the clock. it has the origanal owners manual ect. and all service records dating back to '96. it needs new carpet due to fading and a pulley seams to be rateling(?), but the rest of the car is in great shape. fairly new paint and perfect seats. its at a car lot a town away. he is asking $6,900 but i am goin 2day to see about trading my Trans-am in on it ( but only if he wil give enuff 4 it ). neway i need a Carfax run in a really big hurry if som1 can. i need it by 3pm. 2day which is when i get out of school b/c i am goin 2 see about the deal then. any opinions and help would be greatly apreciated.

I would consider possibly looking at this car http://www.corvetteactioncenter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=67098 I know this has been maintained Edmond is a good guy. Also in 88 they gave the C4 bigger breaks and this has AL heads over the 85. Just a thought. Someone will be here with the carfax though
