I know this was around a few years ago, but what happened to the company? Are they still around making these conversions? I personally thought that the Cavallo GT conversion was tastefull and appealing. Anyone have any more information?

Hey C598LS1,

Looks like you found them and they're still in business. I agree - the package it pretty tastefull.

Welllllllll....i dont know if they are still in business. Thats the thing. That website says 1997-2003 Corvettes. Not sure whats going on, but i'd love to get a conversion done on mine. I definetly agree that its done very tastefully, and if the quality is as good as those pictures, then its worth the $$$....even though i think a long time ago i read that the conversion for teh body is 18k with paint. YIKES!! But how many of those do you see on the road?? None. The one they have in the pictures-the yellow one- was on ebay a couple years ago-for 75k......it had all new interior and all sorts of engine mods....someday.....someday maybe.....if they are still around....

At first I thought you guys were talking about that outfit that makes c5's look like 1953's. Pretty wild.

You know after looking at the pictures more closely, unfortunately, I will have to disagree. The conversion makes the body lines look swelled. I think I would need a closer look for better judgement before spending that kind of cash.
