daily driving with dynomax ceramic coated headers.

why do does the driver side header look so crappy? They have been on for a year now, and I thought the cermamic was suppose to hold up will?

is the coating crap, or did i run the enigne to hot, or is there something else that you can tell by the pic

Mine don't look like that. I would send the picture to Dynomax. As I recall they had a pretty good warantee.

Dynomax Headers
Dynomax Headers carry a 90 day warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship. Any modifications to the product, or use inconsistent with the intended application, voids this warranty. Parts and Labor are not covered.

suprisingly, they are a mere 30-40 minutes from here.

Dynomax Headers carry a 90 day warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship.

The fact that they only give a 90 day warranty says something about their confidence in their product. I have had these headers for about 4 years. The driver side has just a tad of surface rust in a small spot but nothing like yours. In fact, I have not read to many complaints about rusting with these headers. I'd still contact them and see if they will do anything for you.

That's a bummer. I thought they gave a much better warranty on the ceramic finish.
