Chalk marks under hood

Under the hood of my car I have a chalk mark that signifies my car number: 90 033.

This was on it when I bought it but I was just curious to know if anybody else has this mark. I'm just curious to know if Callaway would have put this mark on the car, maybe while they had the hood off to fit the air ducts (???)

Malc, yes, your Callaway *should* have a "chalk" marking under the hood (not always in the same place/same year) with the car number on it.
My car does not show the year (89) however, it does have the Callaway build number "penciled" under it.
I would be curious if others still have their markings on their hoods as well.
