I recently changed the oil in my 95-LT1. The change oil light came on after driving about 150 miles. I have disconnected the battery and reconnected. I have tried the process for the 91 models. The light is still on. How do I clear it?

The oil change light stays
on until you reset it. You
do this by pushing and holding
the guages and metric buttons
in some order or other--I can't
remember.

Look it up in the owners manual
for exact details.

Tim, click the Knowledgebase tab at the top of this page. Go to 1984-1996 Corvettes. Select Electrical and Ignition. The second topic down is Resetting the Engine Oil Life monitor. Check the Box and click the answer button. :)

Thanks- I need to learn to use (read) this site closer. Tim.
