Changing Brake pads - & tools needed

First post on the CAC Forum; also on Z06 forum as dennym

Had a C4 for 9 years; got a Z06 last summer and did my first AutoX events (lo-speed only). Getting ready for first full season of AutoX/track, doing driving school early and looking forward to hi-speed & track time.

Need advice on pads for a novice AutoXer.
Need info on tools and techniques for changing pads, esp at track.
