Changing halogen bulb in fog lamp

Is there an easy way to gain access to the bulb assembly in the fog lamp on the front of a '96?

It appears easy to change the parking lights, but I can't reach the fog lamp.

Changing fog light

Vintage I had the same problem you had until I looked in my owner's manual. Under the front bumper you will find a small trap door with one screw. Once the door is open you'll be able to reach inside and change the bulb. I had a difficult time working inside such a cramped location. Good luck.
