changing rear ratio

am currently running 336gears but want to go to 370 or 390 .jegs-richmond gear info is confusing as to whether a carrier change is necessary.have mechanics in my employ that can do the work but need to know what to order & a suggestion of where

All of the 3.08-3.91 series gears should work in your 3- series carrier. There are special thick 4 series gears that will work also.

Recommend using US Gear set,several places sell them, Tom's,Randy's,Ikerds's,Van Steel,etc
