I'm going nuts! I've got a 2004 z-06 that keeps throughing low voltags code. It won't hold a charge! Chevy has no answers, batery tests fine so does alternator. I've got AFR heads, comp cam, 410 gears and other modes I can't remember right now being that I haveto jump it all the time! Not to embarassing, jump starting this radical ride when I'm leaving a nice restaurant with some ho opps I mean honey. Hey guys wears the love I need help!!

Hey C4C5 Dude - A Little Help/Advice Here . . .

There are grounds connected to the frame in several places. I don't know if this could be the probem or not.

something has to be draining the charge! grounds is one area to look. do you have anything that is NOT STOCK that you have installed, like a radar detector or something along these lines?

If I understand you, your battery is going from charged to dead in less than a couple hours as in a dinner date. To drain a good charged battery that fast you must have a large drainage. even if headlights are on batt should last hour or so. I think its new battery time. I have had batteries that tested good but still wouldn't hold a charge. Did this problem start lately ( week or so) or have you been jumping it for months?
