The code on this alarm reads c1243 which tells me the BPMV Pump Motor Stalled
this alarm comes on quite frequently
I sence that I may have to replace this motor ,where is this motor located and how big of a deal would it be to replace

It appears the BPMV is located just inside the left frame rail, fwd of the brake booster. The pic below shows the location.

The manual states that the pump motor is integral to the valve and is not serviceable, sounds like typical mumbo jumbo. If it was put together in the beginning it can be taken apart now. GM may not do it but someone else might.
Try these guys and see if they are still around.

HI there,
I would be more inclined to check out the actual control module, which is bolted to the motor and pressure modulation valve assembly.
There have been issues when the motor will not move, due to lost electrical load within the module.
This is somthing that you should have professionally diagnosed. It is VERY expensive.
