Chicago Area ECM Tune?

Looking for a shop or an individual in the Chicago area who can tune my "84. Has mods - heads, cam, headers, no cat... some others. In process of installing an EBL ECM from Dynamic EFI. More details on request. If anyone can recommend a source it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm about 40 miles NW of Chicago looking for a source within a 50 mile radius.
