That is some real cool stuff you got there

that tank is a work of art its a shame to have to cover it up,

I cant wait to see the manifold back on the engine in the engine bay

At least you have something to keep yourself busy while your waiting on the body.

you should be ordering an airoquip catalog so you learn what all of the hose & fitting sizes are for the fuel plumbing. You will also need a die grinder with a cut off wheel.

Best of luck with it

I thought about "there must be a way to not cover the gas tank and polish it instead"...haven't come up with any good ways short of leaving the soft top out.....

Got a die grinder with some cut off wheels, thanks to what you guys suggested...although I should be able to buy any kind of SS hose with teflon core I need right from work. They truely have high pressure fittings on them, good for 3000psi, we use them in our hot melts syytems as well as our liquid airless paint systems.

If I am not mistaken, -6an or -8an are the sizes........

Nice stuff.:upthumbs

Sweet! Yup, you'll need a few AN fittings.... :)

I sure wish I had those boxes in my garage right now. I have to plumb in a trans cooler and oil cooler to the wife's '67 GTO. Already have the braided steel, but have to go through the process of figuring out all the bends. I guess I should just buy about 8 or so of each and be done with it, but they are pricey...

firstgear-that is going to be one fine ride when you are done. Nice stuff you have there. :upthumbs

I can come up on Saturday if you will be around...borrow the box of stuff....replace what I use and bring the box back... when should I be there?

Wow, nothing beats getting a bunch of boxes with goodies for your project. It is fun to watch your progress on this car. Thanks for posting all the pics.

Take care,
Brian

this will give you a lot of answers to your questions...

this will give you a place you can download the operator interaface and see how the unit might be programmed.

obviously it works best if you have an ECM tied to it, but this will give you a good idea.

I have called before on the EFI hot line at Accel to ask questions and 3 times in a row I was able to reach a real person within 5 rings (there was no machine to direct calls) who was knowledgable about the product.
tech hot line http://www.accel-dfi.com/AskTechFormAccelDFI.aspx?BrandID=8 for those of you that don't recognize the number, it is out of Detroit area.
