Question: Chrome hub covers

The 01 coupe I just bought has rust around the hubs. I understand this is not uncommon, but it is unsightly. Mid America Motorworks has chrome hub covers for c5's. Has anyone used these or is there another solution?:confused

I painted mine with a lite-gray rust proof paint from a hardware store and they look good,chrome will get dirty fast and do you want to take the wheels off every time and polish them?

I've got them on my Vert with repo chrome Z06 Motorsport rims. I get a lot of positive comments about the detail provided by the covers. They looked really good with the thin spokes also.

they do look good. what does it take to install? Remove caliper or does it fit around it?

The fronts are super easy, remove the wheel slap it on and install the wheel. The rear calipers need to slide off about a half inch or so.
