Hey all-well, I'm out of answers. My clutch wouldn't keep pressure and wouldn't disengage. We changed the clutch, pp, and throwout bearing (and pilot bearing). Then it wouldn't keep pressure, but would disengage. So we changed the master cyl. Still won't keep pressure, and 3 guys that have about 60 years exp. between them are baffled. Anything ANYONE can suggest? The slave is good, so we're grasping!!!!!

What you are saying is...when you press on the pedel you get "Nothing?"

When you blead the slave...did you remove it from the bell housing, point the bleeder stright up, loosen the bleed screw, press the clutch pedel then tighten the screw? Its important that you do this exactly.

When we pump the clutch several times, it gets a little pressure (enough to shift) and then dies soon after. Does this help?

Try the method I suggested for bleeding the slave above. If that doesn't help I would suggest the master or the slave is bad. I have seen them out of the box and be no good. Check for cracks in the hose...look inside the bell housing and make sure the bearing is on the fork, check that the fork tongs are not bent or broken and the ball is sitting correctly in the fork.

Drop this guy an e mail...he had the exact same problem as you...he also needed to pump the pedel and he put in three MC's and slaves.
