Code P0410 secondary air injection system: Help!

My check engine light came on a couple of months ago so I brought up the code, but I can't get any service personel to tell me what might be wrong. The car runs great, but it is time to go through emissions and I am afraid it might not pass. Anyone know what the problem might be?

The car has a Vortech rammer, bridge, coupler, descreened MAF, Bassani X-pipe, and Borla Stingers. All were in place long before this problem. During the past month while I had it on stands working on brakes, wheels, etc. the battery went low and the light went out. I assume the low battery caused it to reset? A few days ago when I started driving the car again, after about 30 minutes of driving the light came back on. Thanks

I have been getting that error since i bought the car. I hear from research that it isn't a big deal and untill i have some time to get it to the dealer i just rest the error.

Unfortunately I have to go through emissions to get tags!
