Compression Ratio Vs. Power

Hey guys, what corelation is there between hp and comp. ratio? If I increase my
comp ratio by 1, say from 9:1 to 10:1 is there a large increace in power?

No, but you'd have a large increase in pinging and detonation with iron heads on today's fuels unless you seriously retard your timing.
