This may be a dumb question but, are the console controls (i.e. seat controls and the selective ride) to be lighted. I can not find any bulbs? Speaking of selective ride, how can you test if it is working? I do not feel a difference on any position.

Thanks

Your SRC does a "self-test" when you start the engine. Any problems & the "service ride control" will light up. I think the SRC & seat controls are illuminated by a map light in the bottom of the rearview mirror, But I won't swear by it.

I can't find any light bulbs either!

I see that you have a 96 Vette - so, are you asking about the F45 Real Time Damping system or the older FX3 system (FX3 was not used in 96)???

As for feeling the difference, it may be real difficult to feel the difference on an FX3 system (I have no clue about an F45 system). The differences on the FX3 are fairly small. Try finding a stretch of hwy with the same roughness for many hundreds of yards and switch back and forth between Tour and Perf.

Also, the only lights I seem to have on the controls are the ones under the mirror also.
I never look at them any more - I just know where to put my hand.
