What is the easiest way to replace the upper control arm bump stops? I replaced everything else and now that I am finished I found my stops sitting on the work bench. Do I need to remove everything?

The one in the frame (the droop stop??) Sicne you already have them out, put a little grease or oil on the end that plugs into the little hole in the frame and while twisting it push it in. They can be installed without removing anything but depending on the ride height it could be tricky to reach udner the control arm and apply pressure to the stop.
