hi guys

i'm just wanna know a bout converter ( YANK C-5 SUPER STREET 3200 (258mm, 3200 stall, 2.1 STR ) if any one try this thing on c5 ...
and what's power it gives ........and is it safe to use to keep the car normal drive without any gear damge ....

and am i need to change gear end ( 3.15 ) to ( 3.42 ) ???

I do not have one of these on my C-5 yet , I would try to stay around 2800 to 3000 stall , going higher seems to be wasting the engines power band and this where the torque kicks in , with a 2.1 str you will have tire shreading torque , stock engine has 350 ft. lb.s of torque times 2.1 equals 735 ft lb's of torque @ 3000 rpm's , this kind of power will only peak for a second , but you will have to learn how to keep it under control . Normal driving will not change , if the converter is soft you might not feel it shift into reverse or drive , it might not roll at idle , but tap the gas and she will roll . Shop for price and quality , TCI , Carr and there other companies that make them .
