Ok the rear part won't seem to catch (or stay) on the passenger side. It catches when I attach the rear first but when go to latch the front on top of the windshield, the passenger side doesn't stay catched and raises up...if I latch the front down first, the rear passenger won't catch at all...what do you think?:confused

The latch is not going over center to lock completely. Just adjust it a little bit. As far as not being able to latch the front and then the rear, your top is like mine- it's setup so the top is stretched a bit and stays nice and tight.

Have you tried to unscrew the bolt on the top to make it longer. Mine are almost all the way out in order to get them to latch.

Also check to make sure the latch spring is not broken. The one shown in this pic.

Looks like the points are just a little worn and the spring on the passenger side is weak. I can push the catch with my hand manually then push the top down and it catches and looks great. The spring looks riveted on though...not sure how to get that replaced...Also what do you guys clean your tops with? I got some stuff at Autozone that did a decent job and I cleaned it twice, but its white and I think it can come cleaner.

I'd take the latch right off the deck lid and clean it with a little degreaser then blow it dry. Give the pivot pin a shot of oil and apply some white grease to the part of the latch that contacts the pin on the lid.
