I noticed yesterday that my 95 was heating up at stops to about 240 or so... as soon as I started moving again it would drop to normal. When I got home I let it get hot and checked... no fan! Haven't had time to investigate any further, but thought I'd post the question: Any troubleshooting tips? Sensor or fan? Is there a connector that might be unplugged? I had some work done recently that might have involved disconnecting some harness connectors... is it possible that there is one I could look for that might not have been connected again?
Thanks for any tips!

Turn on the AC or defroster and see if the fans come on. The relays for the fans are on the drivers side of the radiatior shroud.

Check my website out, click on Simple C4 mods for pictures of the relays and how to wire in a manual switch. You can folllow the wire bundle to maybe see if a connecter is unplugged.

Thanks for the tips...

I tryed turning on the AC and got both fans going... I'm going to try haning the DVM on the fan temperature switch and see if it's switching when the temp goes up. Hoping thats the problem as it should be a pretty cheap fix!
Thanks again!

Normally the ECM will turn the primary fan on at about 225-230 and the sending unit in the passenger head activates the secondary fan at 240 with the a/c or defrost off.
