In a effort to reduce engine temp, I recently replaced the water pump with a Stewart stage 1 high flow, added a seven (7) blade fan and HD clutch. Also, the 3 row copper/brass radiator was replaced with a 4 row HD. All radiator seals were replaced. I drove the 81 today in 100 degree temp with ac and the temp did not reach 200 degrees. I am pleased with the results.

My question is as follows: I purchased an air dam seal kit from Dr. Rebuild. The kit contains 5 seals. Two go on either side top of the radiator. The old ones are in place so I know their location. The seal that goes beneath the air cleaner front air duct is evident also. There are two seals remaining but I do not know where they go. The catalog description says the seals mount on the top sides of the front air duct. The old seals are gone and I do not see any evidence where they were attached.

Hopefully, one of you experts will tell we where they attach. Also, a photo would be most appreciated.

Now I must dispose of a 3 year old 3 row radiator and 5 blade fan with a very good clutch.

Thanks!

Thanks for taking the time to send a photo. I can see the seal on the right side clearly. The left seal is somewhat obscure. Could I trouble you to send a pic that shows the left (drivers side) seal.
Again, thanks for your help!

Bill
