Cooling ? for C4C5Specialist

I meant to track you down at Cruisefest...just never got around to it.

On the C4s...at least 84-89 that I know of...the bottom half of the shroud around the cooling fan has two big open areas.

WHY?

Seems to me this would hinder the already not-so-great C4 cooling system by not allowing the fan to pull air through a significant portion of the radiator.

Thats odd, Paul is usually on the ball. However we all know how life can get. Even myself took a couple weeks away form the forum. Not intentionally, but I just got caught up.

I am not sure on the design, but the engineers did it like that for a reason. Perhaps it was because of our noses, being long, and no real opening but from underneath.
