Hello everyone! I finished another thing on my to do list this past weekend. I noticed that a couple of brake lines were looking a little scabby and I had a couple of leaky/sweaty calipers as well so it was a brake job bonanza on Sunday.
I work for an auto parts wholesaler and we got a new product intoduced to us a short while ago. Its Copper/Nickel brake line. Not sure if it's new to anyone else or not but I heard it's been used on Volvos for years. Go Figure....
It's easy to bend and shape and it's really nice to flare. The best part is it doesn't rust.
One down side it's a tad expensive but I felt it was worth it. I'll never have to do another brake line on my Vette again! :thumb
