For Christmas i found, in the local paper, for my very deserving wife, as follows, 1996 z28 convertible, auto, loaded, garaged, low miles. As some may know this model is equippied with a 2 bolt main lt1 aluminum head 5.7 ltr. smallblock. upon inspection of the vehicle the following was found. 35,500 miles, car garaged, cover included , bra, reciepts, dealer serviced (a lot)$$$.
one of 2,938 made that year. 3.42 rear ratio, c\d etc. leather, you know. ITs 10 years old and is brand new, black gloss with tan interior. Runs like an lt1 should (added an flowmaster) "wife very happy" hi five!! 9,000 DOLLARS MERRY CHRISTMAS

It does not possess the breeding of the vette, and it show's .You can feel it in the chassis (tho competent) especially the unsprung weight. however it is not and cannot be a corvette. As hard as she tries, She still is a blonde with really dark eyebrows.

I got her sister, 97 Z28, but she's been travelled a bit further, 168K. No issue really..
