Just got my copy of Corvette C6 by Phil Berg. This is an official GM liscensed product. I got mine from Amazon. The cost is $23.80. It looks like a $40 book and I would have paid more than that. It's GREAT! Very high quality-a class act befitting the subject. It's would be good medicine for those suffering from '05 Z06 pre traumatic stress syndrome. ( stressed out because nothing has happened yet ) From all the rumors about the Z06 they will probably have a separate book about it alone rather than update this one. The photos are great and include some not seen previously. I had called a favorite local book seller ( a well known national chain ) and asked if it was in stock. After looking it up they told me that they had a single copy enroute to the store. I asked if they could hold it for me. This is something that they have done in the past. However, this time the clerk ( by the sound of his voice a young man ) said that it could not be held since " there was only a single copy coming ". lol........I figured now that he had a heads up on the new book he wanted to at least get a look before it sold. Who can blame him? This is a great book for wannabe oldgoats like me.
