Question: Corvette Flag Emblem Color?

Hello. Newbie here. Recently purchased a 77 and I'm in the process of repainting the original emblems. I found some good info on the net regarding how to do the actual painting--using model paint-- but I was wondering if any of you could help me with the actual color of the "red" corvette flag? I did a test on the rear tank lid emblem using Testor's gloss red and it looks great but the color is definitely off a shade or three. Does not have to be perfect but I'm pretty anal. Is there a touch up paint in that shade of red (from another year) or a specific shade of model paint that works well that I can purchase? I really don't want to try to mix the color myself

On my 77, the emblem paint was faded. I took a good photo from a vendor's catalog to an auto parts store and matched duplicolor touchup paint as closely as possible. Looked real good.
