by the way my name is Katherine and my husband is Robert. I am the one that has been asking for the information. Because my husband takes too long to type, he will be so happy with the information. It is so hard finding it. He has the car since 92 and he has just about done everything to it. He was trying to sell the car last year to get a convertiable. There were 3 things wrong with it. The Air conditioning didn't work; fixed it. The aerial for the radio and the emergency brake cable. He now fixed it all. and in Canada, especially Saskatchewan the attitude here is I can find one in better shape for less money. Problem all the corvettes here are either junk and need a lot of work or they are over priced. and no one here has money to buy. I really appreciate your help I will try to get a picture. Thank you

Katherine

Hey Katherine,
I'm sure you and Robert know if you own an older car you're gonna replace the odd part here and there. Saskatchewan, eh? I'll bet you don't use the A/C much! Welcome to the CAC - glad to have you 'hosers' on board! I'm assuming you already are in the 81 Corvette registry? Congrats on owning a great piece of machinery.

:w Katherine & Robert,

I've stayed out of this since you received great information from our fellow 81'ers ;) I should have piped in and invited you to visit our Registry, :duh just click on L81 VetteRegistry for more information or go to the top of the page here at the Action Center and click on the Tech Center then go to the Model Center for Spec and information ;)

Welcome aboard enjoy the :Steer

Nice to see fellow Canadians and especially from Saskatchewan I am trying to get a picture on my page. I have to take one of the car with our digital camera new one.

question for all Corvette owners; we have been to several hundred car show and shines, we some times take the corvette or a different hot rod. we have a 1973 Mustang Mach 1. We have noticed that when we have the corvette it is almost like people are afraid to talk to you at car shows, with the Mustang everyone has a story and will talk to you. I don't know but people think you don't want to talk to them. or they are dreamers in wanting a corvette. we have had the corvette for 13 years. drop me a line; what is your opinion?

Thanks

Katherine and Robert
