Corvetteamerica soft top

I purchased a soft top for my 86 from corvetteamerica and had it professionally installed. The drivers side looks great but the passenger side looks like crap...many wrinkles just above the side window and rear quarter panel. The installer says it is a bad top. Corvetteamerica says it was installed wrong. Does anyone have experience with soft tops from Corvetteamerica? The installer got the drivers side on correctly so how could the passenger side be on wrong? Any ideas/help is much appreciated.
