Coupe?

I am sure you folks have discussed an issue but I am to lazy to look for it. Are the Chevrolet people going to make a c6 hardtop coupe with the trunk? Yes, the one without all of the glass in the rear. Thanks, Mike.

Not that I have read anything about. For the Z06, GM eliminated the hardware to remove the top to save weight and add some stiffness. Aside from that, I haven't heard of a fixed roof coupe varient of the C6 or C6 - Z06.

Mike,
If you're talking about the fixed roof coupe (the version which became the Z06 in C5's), then the answer is no. At least to the best of my understanding, there will be no fixed roof coupe with the shorter back window and convertible-style hatch back in 6th Gen Corvettes.

If anyone has more recent information than this, please correct me, as I'd like to be aware of it, too.
