I have not had to front end apart yet but it is creaking going over bumps.
I thinking there some klinda of rub block or rub plate where the leaf springs mounts to the A arms is so can I order a new Rub Plate/ Rub Block to fix this.
I can tell the old owwners just drove it and did no PM to the car.

Most likely the the A arm bushes

It could be that the spring has turned and is rubbing against the A frame. This happened to me when I rebuilt the bushings and took the A frames apart. The springs are slightly bent and need to be installed the same way. Is it a creak or a scraping sound?

Creak when you go over a bump.

My money is on the sway bar bushings....throw some rubber lube at them

I second that...

A can of LPS or some othr silicone wet spray will help with that squeeking/creaking noise. The hard ployurethane bushings in kits are famous for that and the usual "fix" is silicone grease or spray. Whatever you do, do NOT use WD or other petroleum based lubes on the rubber bushings...that just makes them rot faster.
