Custom door panels

I am replacing my worn out, beat up 1975 Vette door panels and would like to go with a much lighter customized door panel that doesn't have the arm rest. Does anyone know of any shops that sell custom door panels? Thanks

Haven't heard of any but if you find out please let me know where you got them. I don't really like the style of the original panels and I need some also pretty badly. I'm sure a local upholstry shop could custom make whatever you wanted but it might be more money than new originals.
