Custom Interior ?

Hi. First post here.

I've got a 1994 C4, and the interior finish on the console is shiny black.

I bought new switches for the center of the console, and the finish is a matte black, not shiny like mine.

A GM parts man told me that I have a factory custom interior. Does anybody know anything about that, and how I can find replacement parts with the correct finish for my car?
