Daytime running light module location

Can anyone tell me where I can locate the daytime running light module on a '94 LT1?

You can buy a kit for over $300 to give you day timer running lights. l would rather hold a candle in my hand.

My car is a Canadian car, however the daytime running lights are not working.
I am trying to find the location of the module, to see if perhaps it is just a connection issue.

Does anyone know where the daytime running light module is located?

I have a 96 CE and the shop manual says the DRL module is located behind the instrument pannel left of the driver information center if that's any help to you.
