I am really new to the list. A couple months ago I bought a really rough 68 vert & then turned around & sold it 4-5 days later. Then yep you guessed it I have the vette bug bad now. So yesterday i bought (sent a deposit in on a 66 big block coup) I know what a difference. But I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with Crossflags Corvette in NJ. This is where I bought it from & I will drive over in the next 2 weeks after the holiday to pick it up. Then Im sure I will have a ton of questions & posts.

Welcome rob.

I never heard of them myself.where in new jersey are they located?

best of luck with the new car

Rob Like the other replies i had not heard of Crossflags Covettes in Mt. Olive N.J. and i thought i knew of most of the dealers in the country,be sure to give us a report on them when the deal is complete. I pulled up their website and i must admit they had some very nice cars,i thought the asking prices were a little high but most dealers are and as we all know the asking price is not always the selling price. If the 66 Mossport Green coupe marked sold is the car you bought it looks like a great car and i must say for a new Corvette owner you sure have "guts" as you jumped in on the high side with both feet and whats left of your checkbook, but what the hell its only money and as most of us that own Corvettes will tell a new buyer, after you deciede what you want in a Corvette buy the best car your budget will alow. Good luck with your 66 BB coupe,it looks like a really great car. Tom

Rob When i looked at the website the Mossport Green coupe was the only one marked sold so i thought that was your car,i looked at the Silver coupe and that also looks like a very nice car and the engine compartment looks really clean,it looks like someone did a real nice job installing the replacement engine, looks like a lot of power under that hood,be careful and don't let it get away from you,a guy could get hurt. Remember give us a report on both the car and the dealer after you pick it up. Tom
