I've got those fine scratches (swirl marks) in my paint even being careful washing and drying how do you guys deal with them? it is frairly fresh paint and I'm pretty sure when they buffed it out after painting is when they happened

Go to zainobros.com and check out their product line. One of them removes swirls

You didn't mention if the car was base/clear coat, or urethane.....but assuming it is base/clear you can use something like Miguires (sp) Mirror Glaze #7 followed by Miguires (sp) Yellow #26 carnauba wax. The glaze will hide the fine scratches, and the wax will keep it looking good for a while. I use those steps on my daily driven red 95, and it looks good for 10 years old. If that doesn't do it to your satisfaction, then you could find someone that is really good with a buffer and have them lightly wet sand and buff the car again. I'm sure others will chime in with more suggestions.

To the best of my knowledge, Zaino makes no products to remove swirls. Z5 is a product to hide swirls.

I would suggest you use a product specifically for removing swirls. There are many products like this that are mild in abrasive and made for hand application. This should work quite well on light swirling and cobwebbing. However, everyone's idea of "light" is different. It is pretty difficult to remove moderate and heavy swirling by hand.

But a light abrasive swirl remover will let you know if they are light or not. They'll either be removed, substantially diminished, or look pretty much the same. Then you'll have to decide how to tackle moderate swirls instead. :)
