Norval, did you machine your brakes yourself also, or does someone sell the 14 inch?

I bought the rough casting from Coleman racing for $512 CDN. While they will machine the rotors and didn't know what I wanted so I bought them rough, almost no hole in the center and machined everything.
I can buy hats/ the center aluminum piece but only in 7 or 8 inches and I wanted 10 so I started with a slab of 10 inch by 2 1/4 inch aluminum weighing 16 1/2 pounds and cut it down to 3 1/2 pounds.
I assemble the 2 pieces and then final machine for accuracy.
It is alot of work because you need a caliper bracket also, custom made.
Hope it is worth it. Sure looks good on the car

Wow Norval,

There sure is a big visual difference in the rotor assemblies.

Can't wait to see them installed on the car with the calipers and brackets in place.

Very impressive work as always. Keep the updates coming.

Take care,
Brian
