Since I have no major projects to do this winter on my vettes I thought I'd look for something to do between the minor detailing ones. I found it and is it a blast. It's called Dragtracks and I found it in the Hotrod Hardware Inc accessories catalog of the Summit catalog.
It's a 15 foot drag strip for 1/64th scale cars. (Hot Wheels, Johnny Lightning, etc.) It has Christmas tree lights, sound, timer and finish line which lights up so there's no doubt who won. Only additional accessories you can buy but don't need to is an A/C power adapter and 6 feet of extra track. My friends and I are having a blast with it. It's gone from just my cars to my friends bringing over their own and racing each other. We have pink slip races and other forms of racing.
You can go to www.dragtracks.com and check it out. It's pretty cheap entertainment. A couple buddies, some
and you can waste away an afternoon pretty fast. It's also peeked my interest in Hot Wheels again.
