That doesn't look like 540 cubic inches to me. How would you even turn a LT-5 into a 540?

The max anyone has gotten out of an LT5 motor was 431 CI by Lane Goldstein using deck plates. The motor in that picture is not 540 ci, maybe 540 HP without no2 and 700+ with a 200-300 shot.
