Don't Do It!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well, since everyone has the right to there own opinion here is mine. i think the
new c6 will be a great step forward for gm the technology that is being used
in this car has never been used in any production vehicle in the US. the use
of carbon fiber alone is a great leap forward for the US car market not to
mention all the other high tech goodies that have been released in this generation
just look at the specs its damn near ready for the track right out of the box.
as most of the generation the subtle changes will only make the car better as the
production continues thru the years. thats just my opinion ,but who am i anyway.lol

Hi

Same thing happened in 97 when I was looking for mine. I waited for MSRP.

So true. 5K to 10K over msrp for the 97 when it first hit the dealers. Now they (new C5) sell for 8K to 10K off sticker. I will pass on the C6 for a few years. I will buy a Z06 in the fall.

Well if the local Nissan dealership had not been scalping the 350 Z cars that i was there to buy ,I wouldn't have ended up with my C5. To them at the dealership i say many thanks.

Wow! Your original preference was a 350 Z over a C5? Amazing! The world works in mysterious ways.....

a 350 Z before a C5 .....wow talk about apples and oranges....or was that lemons?.......I'm glad you took the vette and I'm sure you're happy about it also.......I went back to the dealer again(yes again)......It's MSRP with downpayment and no date of delivery. They said something about a list.....I just nodded and left.......I can't believe that there are more people in the "know" in this club then there are at that dealership...:eyerole
