Hi corvette guy's

I am sad to hear about corvette's getting on fire.
The first thing I planned to do when my complete restauration project is finished, is to put a little fire extinguisher in the car to stop any starting fire in the car.

I know that in Europe where I lived for 8 years is common to have one in the car. Also a lot of Europpean sports car used to have them as a standard option in the car.

I don't know if its allowed in the States to have one in the car and I can't imagine why not.

So I hope this would serv as a good tip!!

Here is mine...

I have Halon extinguishers in all my cars, plus two within easy reach in the garage; the dry-chemical "ABC" extinguishers are cheaper, but they will destroy almost any surface the chemical hits, and can do more damage than a small carburetor fire will.
