door window regulator removal

I need to replace my motors and that coil spring looking thing on my regulators. But while looking at things, there seems to be no way to remove the whole regulator or am I missing something here.

whats the secret to get it out?

Now this so called access cover on mine is welded in place. so guess I am up a creek .....

Take a marker, and draw around each bolt before you remove a single one, trust me you want to do that. I can't provide the exact procedure, although I have done it before in a 76, and it maybe different.
