Doug Nash Rebuild

Wondering if anyone can recommend a re-builder for the od unit who has the latest upgrades. I have an 84 with the z 51 pkg. and a 425 hp 383 create on the engine stand and want the trans to survive.

Recommended; highly, but I thought (Paul) @ 5-speeds sold his stuff to someone.

You might find your T-10 tranny gears to be quite worn and/or cracked. If I had it to do over, I'd go with 5 or 6 speed. That is, unless, you want mine and I'll switch now.

I had my O/D rebuilt/strengthened and the 4-side totally redone with the strongest gear sets available. The T-10 is described as the weaker link of the two. The out-of-pocket for either is similar.
