Don't you love it when you finally get a chance to deal with someone who cares. Too many businesses don't give a damn about the customer anymore. 
I hear they have quite a solid reputation over at Doug Rippie. I'm kind of jealous about the Minnesota members because they have Doug Rippie and TPIS not too far apart from each other.
Ken, you're right about companies not giving a damn about customers. But it's kind of the consumers fault sometimes because we don't care that they don't give a damn about us.
