Help!!
Need some advice on tires at street race...My 315 Goodrich don´t get me the grip I need to beat those 4wd in the 1/8 mile. It seems almost impossible to get a perfect launch with stock tires. Anyone have any experience in drag radials, size etc? Can the Zr1 driveline handle that grip you so badly want?

Thanks
Pa

I was using BF Goodrich T/A Drag,315/35-17
There are a lot better than any normal street tire...

Nitto Drag Radials

Badvette,
I am using the Nitto Drag radials in 275x40x17 they hook up pretty good and are a world of difference compared to the stock tires, the compound is soft and sticks real good, on the down side you will only get 15,000 miles out of them but they are DOT approved, and street legal! You might want to check out there web site, they were due to come out with a larger drag radial that might be even better.

Regards,

Wookiebear
