What is the easiest way to access the bulbs in the driver information center on a 1993? Is there an easier way than removing the center console, etc. Thanks in advance for any advice or information.

Ron

nope, not that i know of, but you don't really have to remove the center console, all you have to do is loosen it, and lift it outo f the way to get to the front part, that surrounds the radio etc.

I have to do this also. Does anyone know what kind of bulb the DIC uses?

TIA,

Steve

DIC bulb replacement #'s

replacement bulb numbers are as follows: ( I assume that these numbers represent GM part numbers - not sure, though)

Service LTPWS 194-1
Low tire pressure 194-1
All other bulbs for all other functions are 74-1

Hope this helps.

Ron

DIC bulb specs.

SR94: I have discovered a cross reference for aforementioned DIC bulbs: #194 is the trade #-the GM part # is 94 21 330 and the # 74 bulb trade # bulb is GM part # 250 85 641.
