Driver/passenger door window

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to adjust the driver and passenger door windows? I have an annoying "air rush" at freeway speeds. I've heard that there may be a tilt in adjustment but can't find anything on the internet confirming. The dealership said that there is no window adjustment but they can replace the weatherstripping. The air rush on the passenger window started after the dealership replaced the window motor. I was told that replacing the motor would in no way cause the air rush that I'm now hearing.
