I'm having problems with my driver visor. When the car was new, I noticed the problem as soon as I left the dealer and pulled onto the freeway. I push the visor forward and as high as it will go. It gradually comes down in front of my eyes. Makes it difficult to see. Anyway, took it back to the dealer and they ordered a new one. Replaced same when it came in the next week. No problem after that until I went to the car wash a year or so later and both visor mirrors were ready to fall out. Didn't notice it until after I was home. Figured if I took back to the car wash, they would just deny any knowledge. So, went to the dealer, and they replaced both visors. Now, back to the beginning with drivers visor coming down in front of my eyes and reducing my vision. Back to the dealer. Ordered and replaced same. After a brief period, same problem. I think they replaced it once again with same problem. Any cure for this. The dealer gave up and said I was pushing the visor to far forward and breaking a lock or detent built into the visor. I checked a new Corvette in the showroom and didn't feel any lock or detent. I think the dealer just made up a baloney story! Anyone have any help? Thanks.
