Drivers side mirror

Today, I took off the cover on my 98 and the mirror broke. The head is laying off to the side. The head will spin around completely. Is this normal for the C-5's ???? How much should the repair cost. Will I need a new mirror assy. ????? Any body know anything, please help. Maybe c4,c5 guy will know. Would appreciate any help.

Unfortunately, you will have to change the mirror.
Cost I do not know about, as they are constantly changing them.
Spare parts for the swivel assembly, which is what broke here, are not available.
