Dual Climate Control

Hi everyone I just purchased my first corvette, 2001 Mill. Yellow 22700 miles.
I just can't tell you how unbelievable the feeling is. I've always wanted one and finally did it. Anyway my question is on my air conditioning it blows nice and cold on the driver's side and the center vents, but on the two passenger side vents it just blows outside air or that's what it feels like. It does not matter what position the passenger control is at. Does anyone have any input on this matter. Thanks in advance and I absolutely love this vehicle.
